Reyt Good Magazine: Down The Boozer With PINS

by Olivia Mannix

We are back with the latest instalment of Down The Boozer – the incredible interview series created by our mates at Reyt Good Magazine. In this episode, Carl is joined by Faith, Lois and Kyoko from PINS at the Rose and Monkey hotel in Manchester.

After nearly 10 years in the music scene and the introduction of an exciting new line-up, PINS are back with an energetic reboot and a revamped sound. Since forming in 2011, the band have grown in popularity as they have created waves across the UK. If you’re into your alternative tunes, these girls are definitely for you!

During lockdown, the girls released their brand new album – Hot Slick. This was self-released via their Haus of Pins label and promoted across their social and digital platforms. Their new sound is completely different from what we have heard before and we are loving the sound created by these incredible, modern women.

In the interview, PINS discuss touring America, session musicians, new hobbies and of course, their latest album. There are plenty of juicy topics covered accompanied by lots of laughs along the way. Check it out!
