Everything You Need To Know About Our Stores Reopening On 15th June

by Johanna Roelich

With what feels like a lifetime ago when we closed our doors without any clear idea of when we would reopen, it seems the time has come. Our stores will open up once again on Monday 15th June.

Firstly, we want to thank you. By staying home, together, we have made a difference.

From the 15th of June, in line with government guidance, we will be reopening selected stores and we really can’t wait to see you all again.

As we and the world look to see what the new ‘normal’ looks like, we want to stress that the welfare of our employees and customers is always our main priority. We want to ensure our stores and the rest of the UK, remain a safe place, and so we ask that you continue to follow all social distancing guidance given by the government.

We’re still bringing you all your favourite brands, but shopping in store will be changing. Here is what you need to know, before entering our stores.

Two Metres Apart

To ensure your safety, shoppers will need to maintain a 2 metre social distance using markers implemented around store.

Hygiene Check-in

We’ve stepped up our cleaning and disinfecting regimes to give you a safer shopping experience.

Contactless Payments

You can now pay via contactless for anything up to £45.

We’ll be replacing standard receipts with e-receipts, which will be emailed directly to you.

Fitting Room Closure

Fitting rooms will be unavailable during this time. We encourage all customers to try products at home and use one of our returns options should you be unsatisfied.

Capacity Restrictions

Stores will have reduced customer capacity and queueing systems will be in operation.
