It’s time to celebrate youth culture in all its glory! We have teamed up with our mates over at Fred Perry to fuse together all the incredible elements that make the youth culture so prominent to Fred Perry as a brand. Introducing the latest campaign for autumn winter with scotts and Fred Perry, this is “Ya Dancer”.

Set in an iconic ballroom in South-East London, where classic elegant decor meets Northern Soul, the atmosphere brought to life the movement of a young breakdancer, letting lose and taking over the entire venue with a whole array of emotions, through dance. This really showcases the idea of British youth culture behind the campaign. That, and of course, the head-to-toe sharp tailoring mod style you can be certain to get with Fred Perry.

The campaign celebrates talent from a new era, with British breakdancer Karam Singh taking the spotlight. Karam has travelled around the globe performing his talent in numerous major competitions, most of which, taking home the gold. Starting at age eight, with classes from local Trinity Warriors dance crew, Karam has built up a formidable break dance reputation that sees him currently holding the UK title with a string of titles and top 10 world rankings under his belt.

Karam describes his style as explosive, playful & energetic, which I think you can agree with…
